MiRA Scooters has been founded with a vision to utilise the latest developments in electromobility to provide seasonal visitors with reliable, safe and environmentally friendly transport at an affordable price.

The future is ELECTRIC - both figuratively and literally.

Our aims are to provide clients with alternative means of easy travel in ways which:

  • Encourage a 'gentle' mode of transport offering low chemical pollution, low noise pollution and minimal physical damage to the local environment.
  • Increases the use of electro mobility by offering a fun new format of affordable and clean transport to customers who are reluctant to travel on group transports either due to health concerns or simply want to travel with a low carbon footprint.
  • Diminish parking congestion and reduce the number of slow-moving vehicles in town centres caused by people searching or waiting for parking places.

The founder, Mike Yeomans has decades of experience in areas of electronics, mechanical repair and design as well as a number of years in customer relations. These skills have previously been put to good use in several entrepreneurial ventures which all had good measures of success.
This moment in time provides the perfect opportunity to combine emerging technologies for the overall goal of fulfilling all of the points mentioned above.
To this end, MiRA scooters can now offer the latest 1 & 2 seat electric scooters delivering in excess of 40km in range at a safe speed and comfortably. They are perfectly suited to the local environment as means of travel to nearby places of interest, beaches, restaurants and shops.
