You will receive a full refund if:

- You have paid in advance but do not feel comfortable to drive the scooter for any reason when you collect.
- You cancel your reservation not less than 24hr in advance of the start date of your booking.
- Your travel plans are disrupted for any reason and we are unable to provide equipment at a another date.
- Your plans are changed due to issues relating to COVID-19.
