The standard battery supplied with the basic package will allow up to 40 kilometres of travel under normal driving conditions. The additional battery will double this range. Over a 2 or 3 day rental this may be enough to service your needs without having to recharge any batteries.

The standard charger supplied with the scooter will take approximately 6-8 hours to fully recharge a single battery.
This upgrade charger will achieve a full charge in about half of the time - approximately 4-5 hours.

The standard insurance package will offer cover for 3rd party damage to property and public liability, but not for the value of damages to the scooter. The waiver fee will limit your maximum cost to €300 in this event. Without this you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs of up to €2200.

Roadside assistance for mechanical breakdown is provided within the rental cost. However, if you become stranded due to low battery, a fee to deliver a replacement battery will be charged. This will also apply to breakdown caused by misuse or accidental damage caused by loss of control.

Delivery to an address within the limited range rules can be arranged for scooters rented over a 3 day or longer period.

By prior agreement it may be possible to return a scooter out of business hours - instructions will be issued at the time of contact. If there is no previous arrangement in place then late returns will revert to the standard charge rate of €10 per hour.
Recovery charges are also applied for non-return / collection of scooter.
